Registration

Registration opens in early November. Everyone who attends the conference will receive a one-year complimentary membership to the Small Museum Association. Learn more about membership here. Advanced registration will close Friday, January 19, 2018. After that point, registration rates increase by 20%.

There are different registration instructions for vendors, speakers, and other conference attendees. If you are a speaker, please carefully read the information below before registering.

2018 SMA Conference Advanced Registration Rates

 Full Registration  $185 (includes all sessions Sun-Tues and all meals)  $220
 Student Registration  $160 (includes all sessions Sun-Tues and all meals, please email a copy of your ID)  $190
 Sunday Only Registration  $50 (includes Sunday sessions and the wine & cheese reception)  $60
 Monday Only Registration  $140 (includes all sessions Sun-Mon and meals Monday)  $165
 Tuesday Only Registration  $75  (includes all sessions Tues and breakfast)  $90
 Banquet Only  $50  (the Monday-evening Banquet is a highlight of the SMA conference)  $55
 Full Guest Meals Package  $145 (all meals Monday and Tuesday)  $170

To cancel a registration please contact the registrar at registration@smallmuseum.org. Registrations cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to the conference will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.
