Health Protocols

All attendees are expected to comply with all conference health protocols, including providing proof that they are fully vaccinated at least two weeks before the start of the conference or a negative COIVD test 72 hours or less before the start of the conference and wearing face coverings that cover the nose and mouth and fit tightly to the face at all times, except when eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status.

 Full Registration $190 - includes all sessions, Monday breakfast and lunch, and Tuesday breakfast$230
 Student Registration $170 - same as Full Registration; email a copy of your ID for verification$200
 Sunday Only $50 - includes Sunday sessions$65
 Monday Only $150 - includes Sun-Mon sessions and Monday breakfast and lunch$175 
 Tuesday Only $75 - includes Tuesday sessions and breakfast$95

Payment

You may pay online with a credit card or PayPal account. Online payments will be redirected to PayPal and returned to SMA following completion.

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, contact the Conference Registrar or Treasurer for instructions.

Your registration is not complete until your payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration please contact the Conference Registrar. Registrations cancelled up to two weeks prior to the conference will be refunded at 50%. No refunds are issued for cancellations received after two weeks before the start of the conference.
