  Early Bird Rate

Full Registration  $190 - includes all sessions, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and Sunday breakfast $230
 Student Registration  $170 - same as Full Registration; email a copy of your ID for verification $200
 Friday Only  $50 - includes Friday sessions $65
 Saturday Only  $150 - includes Fri-Sat sessions and Saturday breakfast and lunch $175 
 Sunday Only  $75 - includes Sunday sessions and breakfast $95 
 Banquet Only  $50 $60
 Full Guest Meals Package  $150 - Saturday breakfast and lunch and Sunday breakfast $180

Payment

You may pay online with a credit card or PayPal account. (Online payments will be redirected to PayPal and returned to SMA following completion.)

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, contact the Conference Registrar or Treasurer for instructions.

Your registration is not complete until your payment is received.

Accessibility

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration please contact the Conference Registrar. Registrations cancelled up to two weeks prior to the conference will be refunded at 50%. No refunds are issued for cancellations received after two weeks before the start of the conference.

Those who registered before January 10 and who must cancel because they cannot attend the rescheduled conference dates (June 3-5) may contact the Conference Registrar or Treasurer to request a full refund.
