Payment

You may pay online with a credit card or PayPal account. (Online payments will be redirected to PayPal and returned to SMA following completion.)

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, contact the Conference Registrar or Treasurer for instructions. **Please do not mail checks to old address on file as they have changed**

Your registration is not complete until your payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration please contact the Conference Registrar. Registrations cancelled up to two weeks prior to the conference will be refunded at 50%. No refunds are issued for cancellations received after two weeks before the start of the conference.
